The exercises that go with this lesson are frustrating. Two examples:
In the dictation section we are given this sentence. Did I miss something? Is there a difference in the pronunciation between 他 and 她?
X 他买了一两自行车。
O 她买了一辆自行车。
Also, the sentence reordering is meaningless. There is no proper conversational order for the examples listed unless you memorize the order they are taught in. It would be better to remove it I think, than confuse people. I spent a good 5 minutes trying to figure out the logic of it before I gave up and just left the question unanswered.
Otherwise, an informative lesson. Anywhere I can find the rules your hosts decided not to trouble me with? I learned counters in Japanese as well and would like to see if the rules are similar.
