As a newcomer to CPod, I find QW ever so useful but I'm just wondering if the presenters would try to take a breath from time to time to let the listeners digest what's being said instead of talking above everything. I feel that even lower level learners could benefit from QW. I find that Ken is the only sympathetic person as far as I am concerned. He obviously understands what it takes to be a second language learner and the whole idea of learning chunks, sentence patterns, etc. Give us a chance!!

Having said that, thanks for a job well done. CP is the best thing that's happened since sliced bread!!

PS: How about using more pinyin in expalanations?

I'm learning Chinese because it's a kind of respect for the Chinese people and the country I am working in. I would be so embarassed to live in a country and not be able to understand the language however basic the the level I attain in the end.

Another reason, is that I teach English to Chinese students and this is one way of 'putting myself in their place'. I can now empathise and respect them in their efforts for learning English.

Chinesepod has become my new hobby. I couldn't have had a better teacher. Well done team!
