Sorry if I didn’t communicate that right, my Chinese still has a long way to go!

May 14, 2016 at 6:50 PMI could be wrong, but....I feel like to say that "the most important thing the speaker wants to identify always goes first" isn't always true. For example, if you say 银行旁边的那家川菜饭馆，wouldn't you be emphasizing the restaurant?
