May 5, 2014 at 3:03 AMCan we have a lesson on both making a formal apology and accepting a formal apology? I just learnt the new word \"赔礼道歉“。 Long story short, someone made a huge mistake and they apologized to me.
I want to know how to accept their apology in a way that is professional or doesn't hurt our relationship and move on and at the same time if I ever make a big mistake in the office (God forbid), I know how to make or write a formal apology

May 7, 2014 at 6:32 AMThere's a problem in the exercise for listening. The voice clip says "我的宝宝太看电视，什么办了？" but the answer is "我的宝宝太爱看电视，什么办了？"。
Please fix it.
