He came to my place and told me that he had just "ting bu donged" the guard!!!!!
hahahahaahahah we still laugh about this 1, 4 years after the fact!

Wish I could make it to some of the events but wasn't able to get any tickets--and heard some people actually bought tickets from what they thought was a reputable site online, but turned out the tickets were fake and they lost their money. Hope nothing more serious than this happens.
Really like the supplementary vocab for this lesson:
Tong yi yi shi jie, tong yi ge meng xiang!!!

Sorry am not quite at the intermediate level yet I guess, but I still like to listen as it is more of a challenge than the Elly--I'm stuck between levels I think and having a hard time moving up. As long as u have mustard and pickles and good bread NOT sweet bread, u can make a great sandwich just add you choice of cheese and meat and veggies!
