Okay, something really confused me in this podcast. You used yao as "want", but in Intro 5, you used Yao as "have"?

Do they both mean the same thing? Or are there tonal differences...

I've been listening to about 6 lessons or so, and I always completely forget what I learn from the lesson :( And because of that, I become discouraged to continue... but I know, I have to continue and try to remember.

Well, i've been learning from this site for four days now (from NO Chinese) and I can say that I do know a few words here and there :)

But all these lessons seem so overwhelming for me :( Not the lessons themselves  but the fact that there are so many! I want to speak Mandarin NOW but I know it will take time, (by listening to these lessons) but I have no patience for waiting :P

What should I do?
