When would one use the "he2" to mean "and", as in the "tang2 he2 qiao3ke4li4" in this lesson,instead of using "han4"? Are they the same?

Hi folks, I too cannot see the last two Q and A episodes on my feed - which I use on my ipod in the car. Any tricks? These sessions are EXCELLENT.
