我想是的，对于“把”字句，要比普通的语句稍带些感情(有可能是好的，也有可能是坏的，如 小强把新电脑搞坏了 与 小强搞坏了新电脑， 旺财把这个难题解决了 与 旺财解决了这个难题)，但这种感情非常 细微 或者说 细小，远不如语气语调上变动所带来的感情大。
我想与所有语言一样，某一句话的意思或感情在很大程度上依赖与上下文（content)和说话者的语气语调。

a) 航空公司把我的行李弄丢了。
b) 航空公司弄丢了我的行李。
对于B，根据你的语气，可能是心平气和的描述一个事实，也可能是有点生气的表达自己的感情，但A一般都是带点生气的感觉。
或者说，在这种情况下，用“把”的句子能更强烈的描述说话人的感情或感觉。

April 17, 2009 at 2:37 AMIt's also hard and interest. Mostly, to explain one Chinese word will cost a lot of En words. and i think maybe same on the other side.
It reminds me a joke about chinese word "东西",
most chinese people may can not explain "东西" even with chinese words.
汉语教师教外国学生学“东西”这个词，告诉学生“东西”泛指事物，凡物质和精神各因素均可称“东西”，有时可特指人。语义的理解相当明确。
可是外国人初学汉语，弄不清“东西”的指代范围和语用状况，更不知修辞和感情色彩。
老师问学生：“什么是‘东西’？”
学生回答：“桌子是东西，椅子是东西，我是东西，你是东西。”
老师提醒：“不对，不对。”学生连忙更正：“啊，对不起，你不是东西。”
老师又好气又好笑，再次提醒：“更不对了，不能说‘你不是东西’，这是骂人的话。”
这时学生愕然，问道：“那么你到底是不是东西？如果是东西的话，你是个什么东西？”
老师连忙说：“不行，不行。‘你是个什么东西？’也是骂人的话。”
学生听了更是茫然不解。
老师耐心地向学生解释：“东西”这个词一般指非人的事物，指人时有严格的语用和修辞限制。一般不说肯定句“张三是东西”；
否定句和疑问句则带有贬斥、责骂的意味，如“张三不是东西。”“李四是个什么东西？”
如果再加感情修饰词语，则修辞色彩更加丰富。有时加强贬斥意味，如“ 你这狗东西！”
有时表示厌恶色彩，如“这老东西活得有些不耐烦了。”有时表示诙谐和笑谑意味，如“你这个鬼东西，尽跟我捣蛋。”
有时表示喜爱色彩，如“这小东西真讨人喜爱。”
学生惊叹道：“呀，那么复杂！”
老师语重心长地说：“所以语言这东西不是随便可以学好的，非下苦功不可。”
学生更加惊奇，问：“语言也是东西？”
老师回答：“语言也可称为‘东西’，前面加个‘这’，表示强调。”
学生若有所悟，感叹道：“‘东西’这东西真是个怪东西！

There are 2 words about the 谙，
不谙世事and深谙此道
you can use these 2 in your daily speech.
eg.
小强刚毕业，真是不谙世事，还是太年轻了
让旺财作客户投诉接待人员真是对了，他可是深谙此道啊

It is kideeees' ways to express there negative attitudes. also young girls can do this to there boy friends or there parents.
But young BOYs(>20 or >15) absolute can not, unless jokes.

as an adjective, Normally means ： up, upon, in front of, in then front of,
上级，上司( your leader, boss), 上游(the 上 part of a long river, hehe, upper reaches of river). 上流（woo, i dont know how to explain, top grade,upper class )
as a Verb, it means "to go to", "start doing sth.", "to take",
eg. 上班(to go to work), 上学(to go to school), 上课(like 上学，but sometimes more concretely), 上车( to take the vehicle, eg. bus, car, train), 上飞机(to take the plane)，上船( take the ship)
still some interesting words:上当（be cheated by sth. or sb.)上脸(if your are drank, your face may looks a little diffenent from normal)
上 is a very interesting word!
