user45835 - your lesson list is a list of all the lessons that you are due to study. Therefore, you should bookmark lessons, then schedule them, and once they are due or overdue they will show up in your lesson list. This ensures that the lesson list matches whatever has ended up on your iPod via your personal RSS feed.
