In exercises you have "li4," fourth tone, matching with "inside," but in vocab and diaglogue it's "li3," third tone, which I believe is correct.

As a biker commuting on the crowded streets I've often thought this 4th tone "Wei4!" means "Get out of my Wei4!"

John's pithy comment that ma3shang4 literally means "on horseback" just rocks! These little pearls help the words stick.

Similarly, Jennie's "chinglish," dropping in of chinese words in an english sentence also helps me to understand the chinese words better.

In expansion you translate "lian3" as wash,  but it should be face, correct?

Useful, high frequency expressions...

In dialogue you forgot the tone mark for the "qu" of shang4qu4. In the vocabulary you have 4th tones for both.
