Just making people aware, that is all. For some, this information won't make a difference to their appreciation of Amber. Others will be left with a sour taste in their mouths. The difference will be how people prioritize deception in the scheme of things. Anyway, I'll take your advice John, and you won't hear from me again on this matter.

I have visited Amber's new site. I can almost hear the echos in the empty cyberspace. They have about 1700 members, but there are only ever 3 or 4 online at a time - obviously most try the site then move on.

They have a members' list - the list is ordered based on the date of registration. It is very interesting that the very first member on the list is Amber - registered on February 9 this year - just one month after departing Cpod.

What are the odds that a brand new Chinese site would spring up within one month of Amber leaving Cpod, in the exact same city she chose to relocate to?

Its clear we've all been duped. There is no issue with her starting her own venture, but lying to everyone before, during and after the move to New York is inexcusable. I wouldn't mind betting that she is one of the prime instigators of this new site. It certainly seems as though she took a lot of the Cpod ethos with her - the site is virtually a rip-off of Cpod.

It is also clear that her much self-publicised trip to New York late last year was all about setting up this venture. She of course used these boards to set up a meeting of poddies in NY - she seemed pretty keen to publicly justify her trip to her fellow workmates back in Shanghai.

Is anyone aware of a similar visit by Amber to Beijing (the other centre for her new site) in the months preceding her departure?
