I have just noticed, I didn't mean 可疑 (ke3yi2), but 可以 (ke3yi3)

Is there a rule for using 會,可疑 & 能? (hui4, ke3yi2 & neng2).

In this lesson they use 會:

你會唱歌吗? (Ni3 hui4 chang4ge1 ma?)

but then sometimes you use 可疑:

我可疑用一下吗? (Wo3 ke3yi2 yong4 yi2xia4 ma?)

and sometimes you use 能:

我不能跟你们一起去唱歌. (Wo3 bu4 neng2 gen1 ni3men yi1qi3 qu4 chang4ge1)

all seem to have the same meaning of "can", but I am not sure when to use each one.
