When I was living in Harbin a couple of years ago, I used to see billboards for basketball shoes that featured the slogan "一切皆有可能," and the official English translation for it was "impossible is nothing." Certainly odd-sounding English, but I can see where David got it. As tgif said, he was just quoting. Probably "all things are possible" is a better translations, or "nothing is impossible" if you really want the double negative.
