Listening to BST is becoming my Sunday afternoon ritual, and I think this episode was the best so far! Interviews with local people really help ground the language in reality, so I hope you will include more of them in the future.
By the way, in Japan they have their own version of baozi called chukaman (the expression is an abbreviation of 中華饅頭), and there IS a pizza-flavored one along with several other flavors:

June 12, 2013 at 2:34 AMCan you all open a San Francisco office?! There's lots of Chinese investment going on in this area, and therefore a need for better cross-cultural communication and understanding for sure. Plus, I live in Oakland ;)
