I think things like companies having to bring in a third party so that employees can give feedback about their bosses really tells you so much about the chinese culture in general. I think it can be looked at in two ways. The good way is that people are respectful to elders and seniors, but I think it can be negative in that people can not express themselves so well. For someone like myself, Australian born Chinese, I think I try to find some middle ground. Anyway, nice work on the Dear Ambers, Amber!
