It sounds like the "n" in shenme is being skipped. Is it silent, or is it just the accent of the speaker?

"Hen" seems to be pronounced "Hun" in the lesson, but it's written in the "pdf" as "Hen". Why does it change so much when spoken? I've also heard some podcasts where they pronounce the word "Hen". Thanks for any help.
