First,  as a former Chinesepod student, I was given this id: user 11085.  I would join again,if Icould have a name!  I live in China, and always carry a couple of tiny silk bags, rolled up in a little case, opens BIG, for everything.  Important when you find something to buy unexpectedly.  Used to refill plastic water bottles, until I read something on line about the bacteria that grows there.  Now use a purchased plastic bottle Ican wash regularly.  I've lived in China since 1984, never noticed anyone drinking tap water.  But I do brush my teeth with it, and I am still here.

On another subject- I would like an elementary or intermediate lesson that deals with bug bites, mosquitos and other little goodies that you can't see, but cause itching! How to buy insect repellents (can we buy this in China?) for use on the skin, like "Bug Off" -- I live in China, and don't want to have to send to the USA to buy this. Thanks for all ideas...from the discussion group, but I need a lesson, so I can talk!!! and get results!!! Xie xie! Beijene
