I love the deep throated accent of the Beijing male.

But try and I may, I cannot begin to achieve it.

I feel able in the South but in Beijing, I feel feminine, in voice, yeah, yeah.

Yes, the CUt IS, i suppose a national tradition.

No one is very angry about it.

In New York City, well now, cutting is not allowed, and you will find few Chinese doing such a thing.

When an overseas Chinese dares, the resident Chinese is quickly to remind "that is a no no".

Yes, I become horrified when I see very young

children eating with dirty hands.

But what aces that experience is seeing adult

friends drive away without fastening their

seat-belts.

Amber maybe you can discuss that oversight on your program.

Yes, Yes, the video tour is great. So many 'real' items for the Newbie to see and hear.

Excellent, thanks. Ron

As Amber suggested the 'Golden Lotus' still lives

in Chinese mom's psychic.

The high heel shoe is not only to appear taller, but,

also gives the impression of the ideal 'two inch lotus' when viewed from above. This ideal, incidently, last from the Song, thru Qing.

Two interested books on this subject: Aching for Beauty, Wang Ping, and,The Three Inch Golden Lotus, Feng Jicai.

But Western men need not feel neglected, remembering women of the 1880's willing to lose two lower ribs, to accentuate a small waist; and the rear end amplifying 'bustle'.

Very difficult to obtain a visa in
America now.

Need a letter from someone in China, wife, friend ect.visa, until after September will be difficult.

Many Beijing hotels complaining they are not filling up as projected. Visa problems, limiting tourist.

But,then, think of the lack of reciprocity for Chinese vistors to U.S.
