Typical over-acting.  Painful to listen to.  Why you guys insist on using these actors is beyond me.  Guess I'll just have to go back to listening to earlier lessons.

This is a great lesson but I have to ask:  what's the deal with the over-acting?  These actors are discussing TV shows and the guy sounds like there's been a death in the family.  I find it's mostly the guy actors that are guilty of this and I don't think it helps in terms of listening comprehension.

Typical overacting by the male actor in this dialouge.  Why ChinesePod insists on using this guy is beyond me.  I get that it's good to hear different accents and voice types, but I think the overacting really gets in the way of listening comprehension, at least at this level.

It's beyond me why C-Pod sticks with this male actor.  I find his voice very nan ting and he always overacts so much that he's difficult to understand.

I agree, podster - it's rather helpful.

Lamariniere, if you don't like it you can go on to upper intermediate or advanced lessons and you'll probably hear less mixed sentences.

What's the Chinese word for over-acting?  This actor's dialouges are always way over-the-top.  He should tone it down.

Who's the woman actress on this lesson?  I really like her delivery style.

This guy's always over-acting.  He needs to tone it down some.
