Some lessons cannot be saved as an mp3 file, such as this one.  What needs to be fixed?

In comment section for a recent lesson, I read that another Cpoddie couldn't save mp3 files, nor can I, beginning with that lesson.  Unlike previously, right-clicking now plays the files, including for this lesson.  What to do?
