There are a lot of words that you can use when you feel something is really cool，such as "牛、棒、酷、帅". To further emphasize, you can use "很、真、太、超、巨、爆、狂" (爆、狂are less used) before each of the four characters which would be "很牛、真牛、太牛了...". Also，you can add characters after the four and will get "棒极了、酷毙了、帅呆了". And two more words which girls won't tell you but are often used among young male: "牛bi1、牛叉".
