Thanks Pete. Sorry wasn't clear. I'm talking about the ones that are sourced from the original 'real' DVD (as opposed to filmed in the cinema or recorded off TV).

Thanks Pete.

How about the ones that are ripped from a DVD - do they have a special name?

near the end of the lesson (around 15:30), Jenny says
And then John says something-something

Did anyone catch the something-something? is it 版主?

so would it be breaching ChinesePod's copyright to post a transcript of a lesson (not the actual lesson dialogue, but what Jenny and Co say) on the internet?

This is my take on the English translation:
Hi everybody. I'm Emma. Today's story is the story of the Chinese zodiacs. In China there are twelve zodiacs: rat, ox, tiger, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, chicken, dog and pig. But do you know why first place is held by the rat?
A long, long time ago, the emperor decided to select the twelve animals who ran the quickest to be the twelve zodiacs. On the day of the race, the rat got up very early. He bumped into the ox on the road. The rat was dead tired [but] he thought of a good idea; he would sing to the ox. The ox said, "Okay". But a moment later, the ox couldn't hear [the rat singing], [so] the ox asked, "Why did you stop singing?" The rat said, "I am singing. (Why) can't you hear [me]? Oh it's because my voice is too soft. If I climb onto your neck, you'll be able to hear me". The ox said, "Okay."
And so the ox heard the [rat] singing and ran and ran, faster and faster. When they had almost reached the finish line, the rat suddenly jumped down from the ox's neck and rushed in front of the cow. This is how the rat came to be ranked the [fastest] of the twelve zodiacs.

sorry, in my first example sentence , 差一点 refers to the action of forgetting to eat (not the action of eating).
