In the expansions i see these two lines:
他的房间挺干净的。
这里的洗手间不太干净。
The function of the second《的》in the first line confuses me a little. Both lines seem very similar in structure. Is it because his room is quite clean (compared to others) ? Would the meaning change if the second《的》would be omitted?
