I think a lot of times it depends on the number of people who are in the party. For example a party of two might go before a party of ten. They usually say something like "八号,三位“

Well, most of society isn't gay, and there's a reason for that. SO i guess you are kinda right. The gay rights thing and gay culture is a completely new thing to most societies, even in the west

I didn't understand the sentence 共同的妻子。

Also, I didn't exactly appreciate the term homosexual used by the hosts. The more appropriate term would be gay, which is preferred by the majority of us.

I am a gay man living with my chinese boyfriend in guangzhou, and I still feel safer here than I did back home in WV being a sexual minority. So, yes, maybe its still a taboo to be gay, but I don't have to fear for my safety if someone finds out. I must say I haven't had much trouble being a gay foreigner and many of the office staff know (how they know I don't have any idea), but I know that part of that comes from being a foreigner.

我的男友的妈妈知道合适他是同性恋,而且他很喜欢我。但是他的大家庭都不知道。

First thing that I noticed was that this is the exact same conversation that happens to me when i meet someone new, whether on qq or going on a date. Secondly, the chinese actor's voice who spoke English was very sexy. haha

2011年,我从北京搬到广州。 我比较喜欢北京。 北京的菜比广州好。而且广州人的口音特别不清楚。

That still doesnt explain why you put it in intermediate.

Why don't you relabel it?

This is such a simple dialogue. Why is it listed as intermediate? This was in my beginner textbook.
