This lesson lines up perfectly with what I'm studying in my class right now.  Our vocab for having an interest in something is 对。。。兴趣.  Is there any substantial difference between using 有 and 感 in this phrase?

In the expansion section for 兴趣 the third sentence is translated as "I'm already not interested in video games."  Just to double-check, 已经 + negation = "not anymore," doesn't it?  So the translation would be "I'm not interested in video games anymore"?
