August 26, 2019 at 1:07 PM“提高" 和 ”改善" both mean “to improve, to make something better.” but they do have some differences:
提高的对象：位置（postion)，程度（level， degree)，水平(level, standard)，质量(quality)，数量(quantity）等
while "改善” means to improve something to better level via a different way, idea or method.
