Hello, everyone. I'm a newcomer here. I've been studying Chinese for about a year, taking conversation classes through a community education program at a local community college. Someone at the community college pointed me here, and I'm really glad he did.
I was teaching myself to read on my own, but I've been using a Traditional character text, so I'm still having a little trouble recognizing Simplified characters.
