Is there anyone else having this Problem ?

Is it expecting the input in English, pinyin or Chinese ?
If Chinese, are there any instructions for doing it on the keyboard ?

September 18, 2012 at 8:10 PMI cleared the internet cache and cookies then reloaded the browser, but still having the problem. Please note that the problem is only for new lessons since 9/8/12. I don't have this problem for any of the lessons prior to 9/8/12.
The pc on which I have this problem runs on Microsoft VISTA. This problem does not exist on my family's pc which runs on Windows 7.
