可是，虽然中国的MBA教育发展还不算久，不算特别成熟和完善，但我们的确是需要大量的高级管理人才啊。MBA教育在中国一直在逐步升温。从15年前清华大学开始试点培养MBA人才，到1999年拥有颁布MBA证书资格的高校数目就已经上升到56所，到现在更是呈几何倍数增长，报考人数和毕业人才数也越来越多。我倒是很赞成在中国本土培养MBA人才，这样不仅省去了远洋学习的重重困难与麻烦，还避免了人才流失。所以呀，尽管中国的MBA教育还处于萌芽状态，我们还是要给予支持的。

But although we can't say that the MBA in China has been developing for a long time, and it's not especially mature or complete, we definitely need a lot of high level management talent. MBA education in China has been getting gradually hotter. I actually really support China's domestic training of MBAs. This way, not only do you save a lot of trouble and hassle by not needing to go far away to study, you also avoid a brain drain. So, although MBA training is just getting started in China, we should still support it.
