其实我自己现在也醒悟了，游戏固然吸引人，可是上瘾到影响工作生活就不值得了。你看好多学生就是一头栽进去，无法自拔。有些网瘾重的整天泡在网吧里，连上学也没心思了。所以前段时间，有个教育专家红遍全国，到处办讲座，帮孩子戒网瘾。我看到电视上那些绝望的家长，真是很有感触。

So, recently, there was an education expert who was really popular all over the entire country. He lectured everywhere, helping kids kick their Internet addiction. I saw some desperate parents on TV. It was really moving.
