My god! Over the last few years several zombie movies have come out each year, but Western zombies are very different from the Chinese concept of zombies.

Indeed, except for the fact that they both come from dead bodies, there are hardly any similarities, even using the word "jiangshi" isn't quite appropriate when referring to Western zombies, as it would be better to call them "huoshi" or living dead.
