Hello everyone. First of all, this is a very complicated issue. On March 23, 2010, U.S. President Obama signed a healthcare insurance reform bill at the White House. It is one of the most important legislative achievements of Obama's government. It is called the greatest transformation in 45 years to the U.S. social security system. It has produced far-reaching effects on the individual, businesses and the government.
