Some  very mixed questions for today

1) Why does peter use manager Li rather than mister Li

2) How do I use 一些?   Should I be using a measure word  (liang ci)

3) Is red a lucky colour in China?

4)  I think the phrase 他看了看表  means  he looked at his watch, is that right?
