Yes English food is better than Chinese food. English food fills you up English people dont see the need to add countless and pointless spices/addtives/sugar/colour to everything Weather The English weather is alot alot better than Shanghai (its too hot or too cold here - england is always in the middle - nice. The air is nice in England There are alot of English people in England - granted, you may have to drink with them = bad, but avoidable... There are alot of Chinese people in China - You will have to work with them = not easy

Well, in the world of culinary delights, English food is quite possibly below American food , While Chinese food is just above French Food.

If you take the best of Chinese food/French food/English food then perhaps you can make such a list. But if you think about what you eat day to day, what is readily available to you and is affordable...then the Chinese eating experience isnt so hot. English food will leave you happy - French probably more so, dunno about American

Well, I've never been to Yorkshire, but English food.... I can't disagree with you chittywangwang, it does lack spices, color, flav.. er, I mean sugar.
