I'm a Chinese college student that loves anime,cartoon movie,foreign cultures. 

I want to find a partner to learn each other about oral speaking through Internet .

add:I'm from normal college,and get a PSC(Phtonghua Shuiping Ceshi) certificate,a mandarin oral qualitication in China.

中国教师尤其是小学教师都要具备的一定标准的普通话水平。

Chinese teachers,esp.elementary school teachers must possess this certificate.

这门考试主要指普通话口语，朗读字、短语、文章和口头表达。

为什么指口语？

因为中国有很多方言（dialects）,很多老师还不具备比较标准的普通话水平。Many teachers in China can't speak in nice mandarin.

Much better than the past.

I learn English in a college focusing on education.
