刚才才到家。昨天火车坏了，所以我们坐慢车去Derby. 慢车在每个火车站都停。在Derby 待了三十分钟然后去了伦敦。我开会迟到了，而且我的座位在第一排。真不好意思！

我还练习表演魔术，叫切和修理绳子。今天收到了一个新表演魔术叫三个红色的Sponge球。（？不明白这句话）明天我要开始学习这个表演魔术。非常好。

今天到处的被霜覆盖了 I'm pretty sure you don't need the 的 in there.

I'm not at all sure I get the middle bit but I think its something to do with broken buttons. It wasn't till I read that I realised I didn't have the faintest clue if a button (fastening) would use the same word as a button (missile launch!) and looking it up in a dictionary doesn't seem to help! Ah just found it 钮扣is a fastening and 按钮 is a push button. Seems both could get shortened to just 钮 though.....

I really wanted to say " Recently I bought an overcoat and already a button is coming undone." We dont really say a button is "broken" in English, but I didn't know how to word it in Chinese.

Yeah these sort of things are what get me too. I feel like I'm using baby talk because I can only say things in really short obvious ways!

I make a lot of use of a windows tablet PC because it recognises my writing in chinese (as well as english). What sort of smart pen did you get?

我买了Livescribe "Echo" 8GB .This is my first venture into this technology. I have never used windows tablet and I am unsure which hand wrtiting recognition system would be best with this pen.

我听说livescribe笔是好，你喜欢吗。 livescribe用特别的纸吗 我几年前有一个logitech做的smartpen, 它用了anoto做的纸，纸有很多很多小点。

我喜欢这个笔。你说的对笔用特别纸。我找到有些问题比如说只保存音频一个声音然后保存下次声音。如果你有很多声音上页很慢。
