Dear Helen,

I got your phone message.  Thank you so much for working with me on time schedule.  I apologize that I haven't been at home when you call.  I will just plan on Thursday.  Normally Tuesdays at that time are fine or we could do it a bit later like 9:00PM my time so if I do have to drive my son I would be back before you called.
