罗嗦 or 啰嗦 ?

啰嗦 is technically correct.  啰 is one example of a much larger class of charecters that were removed during the early charecter simplification reform, and then were brought back in the 80s (when they apparently decided they'd gone a little overboard)...thus leading to the result that many people still use 罗嗦, and I think even some typsets only have that one (and that would have been the technically correct version up through the early 80s...).  Another example is 楞 in place of 愣. 

Hard to say writing it either way is wrong in any significant sense beyond differing a bit from the flip-flopping preferences of some government language committee, especially since literary chinese has such a healthy tradition of charecter trading.  Plus, as long as dictionaries insist on spelling 拾(she4)级而上 with 拾shi2 even though it is functioning as an ancient equivlant to 涉she4 (hence the pronounciation change - and naturally leading to the fact that most people are unaware and mispronounce it), it's hard to take such things too seriously. ;)
