Good news to those on Android 3 or higher. I have been working (too) long hours this past week trying to redo how all the file downloading of the lesson audios as well as sentence and word audio works. It now remembers what you are downloading when you return to a lesson page, should you leave it when you were downloading, and can get a status for ALL 3 lesson audio files (Lesson, Dialogue, Review, if you are a premium user/using trial course). And, even better, you can download ALL lesson files (even the audio play back for sentences and words) in one click from the lesson list page or individual lesson page (in the action bar at the top), and delete all files too to save space when done with the lesson.
However, with reworking of such a file download system, new problems may crop up. I have been trying to use the app as much as possible, even when not at work and seems to work on the few devices I have access to. If you do find any serious problems, write them here and/or to android@chinesepod.com with your device info and any screenshots you can provide.
Another thing you will notice is that you don't have to go back to the Dashboard to get to another section of the app or return to the lesson you're currently studying. ChinesePod v3.5.0 is finally using the Action Bar that Android/Google is trying to get used as a standard. I think this really improves the experience and the interface...please let me know what you think.
And last, Flashcards have a bit of improvements, but I will be getting a few more management features in there soon. The addition this time is that when you aren't on the Internet, you can still save terms to your flashcards which will be synched with chinesepod.com when you get online again and go to the Vocabulary section when online. Make sure you have visited each of your Flashcard decks first when online before using them offline.
Thanks. Feedback appreciated!

I'm not an Android user, but thanks anyway for getting the word out. I really am impressed that you go the extra mile to provide some customer care in addition to what must be the exhausting work of development.
