Huasen here. I go away for a few weeks to move house and everything's changed. Like the new clutter free home page but I'm puzzled by a couple of things.

1) How do I download lessons now (can't use iTunes at work and no connection at home yet)

2) How do I get to be Huasen again?

3) How do I lose the embarrassing Newbie tag? I can't seem to make the Listening Test work.

Bazza!!! Help!!

Welcome back Huasen. Lot's has changed, but I'm glad you like the new look. To answer your questions... 1) We recommend you set up and subscribe to your personal feed ('Your Feed' can be found in the footer, or on your Study page). 2) Click 'Connect' at the top of the page, and then 'Your Profile' at the right next to your avatar, and you can edit your profile details. 3) You can change this in Your Profile too.

Huasen, 1) I don't use any feeds. For classic download: the Archive has become "Explore". There you can chose the lessons. The MP3s and the PDF are waiting on the left side of the screen. In the PDF you will also find a link to a HTML-Version of the transcript (John said it is only temporary, but we all keep begging to make it a permanent feature). 2) user18636, you will always be Huasen to us. :) Scroll to the bottom of the screen, chose "Your Profile" (in the "connect" line). On the Profile-page scroll down and press the "Update" button. Now you can change your login name. Chinese characters do not yet work in user names, known issue. 3) Same procedure as 2. Also upload a picture! There remain some navigational issues and minor bugs, but the worst have been ironed out. Some of the V3 features are already pretty cool.

Apologies for being so late in acknowledging your help guys, thanks very much for this. Especially Henning for the first line of 2 :-). My online oxygen is in short supply until I get a connection sorted at home, but I like the conversations interface and I look forward to having some fun playing around with it. Cheers Huasen
