Jenny, How to order dim sum?

I'm going to Hong Kong next month.   I've heard that many restaurants don't have english menu and some item is pricey( shark fin jiao ji).   Help!

Hi thitiporn! In HK, only about 4 out of 10 people know Mandarin. I think I should give the Cantonese sentence instead.

Cantonese: 伙記,我想點心. (fo gei, ngo soeng dim sam).

Mandarin: 服務員，我要點心。(fu2 wu4 yuan2, wo3 yao4 dian3 xin1).

They could speak English there anyway, so I doubt if you still need the translations.
