You have a sharp eye. I overlooked the name “原始人pub”. I’ve just found this photo. 湖南凤凰县 is about 50km far from 贵州铜仁地区.

I asked her if she knew 凤凰县, and she readily told me that it's a very famous sightseeing area in the province. Thank you very much for a nice topic of conversation with a young Chinese girl, hehe.

This direction indicator seems to be located close to 贵州铜仁地区 (gui zhou, tong ren district). If so, as far as I can see, some arrows show (completely) wrong direction and distance. You can easily find them with the help of the online map below. Just click on it. Enjoy Chinese map!
