Hello Goulniky,
I am a Chinese.
As I know,"扎蜜" isn't used in my country!
And "小蜜" isn't a good word.
"小蜜" at frist means a Secretary. But it means "Concubine" or "Sexual partner" now.
So you had better don't use this word ("小蜜") to call somebody.

根据nciku，‘小蜜’的定语是 Mistress of a rich or powerful person，比如说:
“你有钱就去找小蜜, 个人素质太差。”
