Does anyone know of a good online Chinese supermarket, where you browse individual items? I thought it would be a good way to learn the terms for everything.

Even better that it has an English version. A little tip, if you want to switch an individual page between English and Chinese you can just insert cn/ after com.cn/ in the url.
