Question: How do I...?

How do I get Chinesepod to stop suggesting Newbie, Beginner and Intermediate lessons?  How is it determining which ones to put under "My lessons?".  I'd rather mark my own lessons for later study.

 Go to My Personal RSS Lesson Feed (the "Settings & Help" link on the right of the "Me" page) and customize your feed: select the type of lessons and the type of files you want to receive.

Awesome, thank God!  I had to delete some 200+ ones... that "My lessons" page had essentially become useless to me.
