The Mandarin translation would be:

我和你一起買丫。

嘎嘛 (correctly written as o架嘛/㗎嘛, a contraction of 嘅呀嘛) is a Cantonese 語氣詞 used in response to a question to something where the answer is EMPHASIZED and OBVIOUS.

The sentence can be used in a sarcastic tone or in an asserting tone.

so 我同你一齊買o架嘛。 means I'm buying with you [so of course I can't do something else with you] (the 買 is emphasized).
