@coljac, 我觉得打游戏也很安全。

@kimiik, I think that's “吐口水大赛” tǔ kǒushuǐ dàsài  I played that game several years ago! And luckily I was always the loser and nothing happened to me.

During a "spitting contest" last year in Grenoble, the winner fell from the window an apartment. (the article)

It was called the most stupid accident of the year.

How can I say "spitting contest" ? 啐最远的竞赛 ?

OK, Let's see if'n I got this right.

Tom: How's your little brother

John: He's in the bed, He's sick.

Tom: Too bad, what happened?

John: We had a contest to see who could hang out the window longer, He won.

yep, misterjess..almost perfect..

except for the second sentence..should be something like..

"He's in bed, he hurt himself really badly"

if you say he is "sick"...it doesn't convey the same meaning...and doesn't quite flow with the joke

I would also say its who could hang furthest out the window as opposed to longer. Evidently he was so far out he fell. I think.

The original translation goes like this:" We played who could lean furthest out of the window, and he won." But I think this version is better, "hang furthest out the window".
