Aargh! Please help me download something!

I have the new perakun translator installed in firefox.  It requires a Chinese-English dictionary plugin, and the link to said plugin is available at the developer's website.  The problem is, his website is blocked in China.  Can someone be a champ and go there, download the file and then email it to me?  I would be very grateful.
