One of my New Years resolutions is to start cooking a few times a week. However, I don't have time to spend more than 30-60 minutes prepping. Does anybody know any quick Chinese recipes (or any good resources such as books, websites, etc)? I'm particularly interested in ones along the lines of:
1. Make sauce.
2. Cook meat.
3. Combine the two.
4. Serve with rice/noodles.
Maybe steps 2 and 3 could be switched :)
