Ha ha, I'm not sure that all sounds are designed to be read aloud. Many are so formal-sounding; not the hand-written ones so much.

yes, it is a sign from a construction side in 札达，阿里地区，西藏... actually I took the picture to translate it later... and totally forgot about it until I saw your group :)... It is a motivation for finally translating it now....i'll give it a try later!:-)

Wow, thanks - yeah I would really like people to build on the sign collection.
Are you going to hazard a translation? It looks like a list of people at a .. construction site is it? (I have another section on signs at the work place, at Signs - 平平安安，高高兴兴.)
